Day 10: Mail out or deliver party invitations

Day 8: Purchase items needed for games, crafts or decorations.
Day 7: Call guests who haven't RSVP'd to make sure you know who will be attending.
Day 6: Purchase non-perishable groceries and items needed for party favors.
Day 5: Prepare party favors
Day 4: Make or assemble any decorations needed for the party.
Day 3: Prepare any areas needed for crafting or gaming
Day 2: Purchase perishable groceries and put up the decorations. Prepare food.
Day 1: Prepare last-minute foods, any last-minute set-up and get ready to party!
